Each session is designed to instill and build upon early literacy skills. Campers will engage in hands-on, interactive activities that foster a love for learning while honing crucial literacy abilities. Through storytelling, phonics exercises, and engaging games, children build a strong foundation in literacy, empowering them to start the new school year with confidence and enthusiasm. Activities include phonics and phonemic awareness using Orton Gillingham methodologies, mastering high-frequency words, expanding vocabulary, enhancing reading comprehension, sharpening listening comprehension, and decoding and encoding skills.
